How to Apply
- File the annual FAFSA or California Dream Act application between
October 1 – March 2 for priority aid consideration
- fafsa.gov

- New applicants should file a Cal Grant GPA Verification form between
October 1 – March 2 to be considered for a Cal Grant
- Sign-up for Webgrants4Students

How to Apply: FAFSA and Dream Act Application: Tips
- Create an FSA ID before starting your FAFSA
- File early, both applications open in October of each year
- When completing the Dream Act application save it as you go through the
application
- Male applicants between 18 and 25 must register for Selective Service,
including U.S. Citizens and eligible noncitizens. You can register through your FAFSA or California Dream Act application.
- Remember that the information being entered is sensitive information and
please ensure that you have logged out when done
- Review your Student Aid report for any possible errors
