1. P|R Stock Item – Product held at P|R Warehouse available for drawdown 2. Custom Made – Premium Customised Product… longer lead time may be required 3. Ex-Warehouse – Price excludes freight cost to property 4. Freight Tip – Co-ordinate Orders to reduce freight costs 5. Production Lead Time – the time it takes to get the product produced and delivered to our warehouse 6. MOQ – Minimum Order Quantity per delivery 7. Production MOQ – Minimum Annual Order Quantity with the makers 8. Product Code – unique product identifier 9. Price – quoted price at the date of catalogue and are subject to
business reviews agreed with stakeholders
10. Annual usage – refers to committed annual product usage
where stock is held as a P|R Stock Item
11. Stock Review – refers to identifying and notifying the business of
stock that is not moving. At the end of a 12 month cycle P|R will deliver unused goods and invoice or negotiate new terms 12. All stock will be dispatched on the same business day once PO received before 11.00am or next day if PO received after 11.00am 13. P|R will contact the business in the event of no stock being held and alternative options and back-orders will be agreed with statkeholders
Production and Delivery – Rule of Thumb
- If product is stocked inhouse, allow an 8 day window
for interstate delivery. Same day or next business day delivery for Sydney.
- If not in stock, delivery can take up to 30 days.
- Custom ranges can result in extended
lead times of up to 60 days.
- Production, customisation and freight can individually
add time to delivery.
- We are not black and white – where there is a
