Our staff ensure the pallet supply at each location with modern machines for customers. Thereby, we avoid long transport routes, we make an important contribution to environmental protection and we increase the customer benefits through cost reduction.

The pallet management includes:

− rental of pallets / reusable- and exchange pallets − receiving of return-pallets ( including unloading ) − quality control − sorting − repair − assembly − placing of operational pallets − inventory management

The management of pallets made from one of our locations or directly at the customer. A complete record of each transport movement is monitored by a powerful software solution that can be integrated into the information loop at the customer. Our employees unload the delivered return-pallets with their own industrial vehicles.

( This is an initial assessment of input quality by visual inspection. )

All received pallets will be tested for quality. Then pallet sorted according to current DIN standards / specifications and respective policies of the customer.

( Defect-, vast number-, scrap- and mold pallets are sorted out. )

CPP - Logistics / Our Fleet

We coordinate the transport with our own fleet - quickly and effectively. We pick up the empty pallets ( pallets management ) by the customer and therefore we combine delivery and pickup for our customers. Our mobile repair teams are on service tours for our customers in

• Germany. They enable the rapid repair of defective- or the repair of

pallets / wooden pallets.

Our Production

We produce wooden pallets, wooden boxes, wooden crates, container packaging, individual customer wooden packaging and special packaging.

− additional repair of wooden pallets Production is carried out in the factory Lenne-Vorwohle, at one of our other sites

− Regional raw material suppliers to shorten delivery times and we avoid unnecessarily long transport routes.

The production of wooden pallets are standardized according to the DIN standards for pallets. We are certified according to manufacturer packaging. IPPC standard ISPM No. 15 - wood packaging and pallets are manufactured according export regulations.

Pallets - Trade

In the classical trade of Euro-, industrial-, disposable- and special pallets, we offer / produce.

Another business area is the pallets trade ( buying and selling )

• f wood pallets ( different sizes ) and euro pallets.

All pallets have an examination and assessment, necessary repairs will be done immediately.

− Scrap pallets of CPL go over to CPP.

( Repairs will be possible at the subsidiaries )

− We guarantee at any time a flawless and ready for use-condition

• f the wood packaging.
