Gas Traffic: Hydrogen, Helium, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Argon, Acetylene & Special Mixed Gases Frame: Suits 50L cylinder (from Ø219-232m), Hot Dipped galvanised (thickness 70m), All sided forklift access Manifold: Stainless steel (304), Nicorros Alloy (400) or Copper (only up to 20 Mpa), to suit customer valve, pressure tested to twice working pressure, cleaned to O2 standard Options: Fully assembled, assembly assistance, unassembled

Frame: One (1) modular filling frame Painted colour of choice Manifold: Two (2) standard manifolds 304 Stainless Steel construction Designed and tested at 60MPa Allows filling pressure of up to 30 Mpa Features: Two springs to ease manifold movement All connections to suit customer’s cylinder valves One (1) set of filling instructions One control panel to suit customer’s mixed gas supply Mixed Gas Systems include one Gravimetric Scale, to allow accurate dispersion of mixed gas A test cylinder will be supplied & attached to system. Installation: This unit is designed for installation at your premises, service lines will be connected to the Filling System All internal gas pipes will be of stainless steel. All stop valves, non‐return valves, blow down valves & gauges will be to your required national standard. All parts will be fully degreased & internally cleaned to oxygen standard.
