In Royal Frigo sense of belonging is very strong and the result is a company made up of people more and more qualified who believe in the brand and the values that it has managed to convey over time. Thus the warranty of quality in Royal Frigo is not limited to products and production processes, but it also includes other services such as: a detailed technical documentation, usage advices and installation instructions, after-sales team, technical support by experts, design offices that work close together with customers. The industrial activity of the Royal Fridge began officially in 1980, but the founders’ sectoral training, the brothers Giammusso, dates back several decades earlier thanks to a craft which they managed together with their father. The company was founded with the aim of producing prefabricated modular cold rooms and after all these years, this is still the "core business". A technical staff of considerable experience and a wealth of knowledge first of the national and then European market, allow Royal Frigo to become a reference point for the major retailers and users of prefabricated cold rooms in a short time.…. In 1999 the company was moved to the industrial area of Caltanissetta, on a site of approximately 5,500 square meters of over 10,000 square meters of land. Next to the building there is an office building that houses the administrative offices, the graphics department, marketing, production planning and those responsible for the technical and commercial aspects. Within the same area a large showroom has been built to display the most important products and the latest innovations. Also in 1999 the quality certification of the production system according to UNI EN ISO 9002 was obtained, in 2003, it was updated to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 and finally in 2009 to the new ISO 9001:2008. This Certification was issued by one of the major European bodies and it is an important recognition to the working methods and business control. Eventually it represents a further guarantee for the users of the product. 2

QUALITATIVE AND NORMATIVE REFERENCES CERTIFICATION SYSTEM Royal Frigo has a system of quality production certified in accordance with the law ISO 9001:2008. Certification QMSCERT n° 081012/36602 ADHESIONS Royal Frigo adheres to the A.G.C.I. to the Confidi of the Province of Caltanissetta, associations that represent and protect the interests and needs of the provincial business world, promoting its values and culture. Today Royal Frigo has over 50 employees and its coldrooms are mainly distributed on the Italian and the European market. At several retailers of some of the most important foreign markets like Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Romania and Portugal, there have been created "corners" for the promotion of products and to promote a more widespread distribution. Among the most important customers, we include prestigious distributors and retailers of refrigeration equipment both in Italy and abroad. 4
