slide-15
SLIDE 15

JOINT LOGISTICS COMMAND

  • Defence is always looking for quality suppliers / providers
  • NQ offers a lot:

– Country values leads to doing things properly (= quality), – Expertise in support of the mining industry is transferable, – Cost structure is better and delivers improved value for money, – Country values mean we stand behind what we do (ie warranty).

  • The challenges include:

– Awareness of opportunities, – Being prepared so you can take advantage of the opportunities, – Understanding the rules and how they influence your offering, – Not just speaking the language but recognising the dialect.

  • There is not a lot that is beyond the reach of our

local businesses and their leaders
