PEARSON PEARSON-SET SET AS ASSIGNME SIGNMENTS NTS

  • Min. 25% of mandatory units will require

learners to take a Pearson set assignment.

  • All learners sit the same assessment, can be

used at anytime, new assignment briefs every year.

  • Works like an authorised assignment brief-

minimal and only essential additional assessment controls (i.e. the assignment can be taken at any time through the year).

  • These units will be sampled every year,

random selection of learners at pass, merit and distinction.

  • This strategy helps to maintain a baseline of

learner work and to accurately assess standards across the whole cohort.
