WWW.TWEKO.COM.UA Painting and drying chamber (KFS) is a complex of equipment, which significantly increases the quality of painting and drying of protective or decorative paint and varnish coating. The KFS provides a constant and uniform flow of clean air heated to a given temperature, and thanks to the air preparation system, dust and other contaminating particles that can enter the chamber from the atmosphere, are effectively captured and delayed and full air purification is achieved during coating. Overpressure resulting from a right- calculated system of inlet and exhaust ventilation prevents dust from entering the clean room from the outside. In this case, the chamber provides the implementation of a full cycle

to the surface and their subsequent drying, with the

• bservance of temperature and time regimes, set by the

WWW.TWEKO.COM.UA The abrasive blasting chamber (KASO) is a complex of equipment designed to create safe working conditions for efficient and quick cleaning of surfaces of various products from rust, scale, paint or other contaminants. The dimensions

• f KASO and its processes meet all the most demanding

requirements for the protection of workers during blasting. In KASO, any type of abrasive materials can be used, depending on the type of surface to be treated, it may be steel pounded fraction / cast fraction, glass balls, electrocorundum, boron carbide or silicon, and others. In this case, KASO provides a full cycle of work on the supply, collection and regeneration of abrasive material. The abrasive blasting chamber is equipped with a fully automatic system for collecting and regenerating abrasive material, as well as a ventilation and dust removal system, which makes the product cleaning process as efficient as possible.

conveyor, a chamber, a shot blasting turbine, an air separator fraction of dust (separator), shot cleaning system, dust removal system, longitudinal roller table conveyor, automatic control system and other devices.

The abrasive-blasting machine is intended for cleaning surfaces from various contaminations such as rust, paint, scale and others. The machine performs the dispersal of abrasive particles using the energy of compressed air and directs them through a nozzle to a cleaned surface. Abrasive particles creep into the surface and remove from it a not strong layer, it can be paint and varnish coating, rust or other contamination.
