- The girls worked on their handoffs at least
15 minutes each practice and enjoyed being
- n a relay team.
- When runners compete on a relay team
another dynamic comes into play: wanting to turn in your best race for “for the success
- f the group.”
- As these girls were not only friends, but
hard workers and tough competitors, they made a winning team and some wonderful memories.
