How did it start ?? Foundation was laid after the Cool Climate Meeting in Rochester ,NY Increased interest in “sustainable” aspect of Viticulture and Wine-making. One research trial looking for a good home Stake holders that dared to look into the future. “A few (good) enthusiastic persons”
