  • Situated within the Upper Springfield area, it delivers services

throughout Belfast.

  • It employs 72 people, approximately 80% are local.
  • We provide volunteering opportunities for 12 people.
  • We deliver support services to approximately 950 people per week.
  • Annual turnover is approximately £1.1 million.
  • Our monthly salary bill is averaging £60,000.00.

How do we define social value?

Linking into other services to have a greater impact within the community, ie: Sure Start, local Integrated Partnership.

u

Providing employment and training opportunities for local people, through Job Assist Centre, Workforce and Springvale.

u

Providing a cost effective transport service for children going to school and attending our Centre.

u

Providing Summer activities for local children as part of our Summer Programme.

u

Staff provide 10 hours volunteering per annum, (720 hours for this year)

u

Opportunities for career progression, ie: Nursing, Social Work and Management

u

Delivering services over and above the cost, ie Good Morning Service.
