April 10, 2013 – Community Conversation held with the Department
the community. Vote held by providers and families to proceed with pilot Family Resource Center
August, 2013 - Family Resource Center fully staffed
October 7, 2013 - Family Resource Center officially opens
July, 2014 - State announces procurement for Family Resource Centers
September, 2014 - Proposal to formally become Family Resource Center submitted
