Client relationship suffers from multiple touchpoints and inefficient back-and- forth: The banking KYC process is a repetitive and worthless process A lot of answers received during onboarding processes are similar for one bank to another: the corporate would be open to do the job one time for one bank and share it with the others Each bank has its own specific requests: banks have their own understanding of regulation which leads to custom questionnaires Gathering data and documents is perceived as increasingly time-consuming by corporates: corporates don't feel enough support in answering to the 300+ questions of a typical bank questionnaire. This function will be key although to (i) define the roles & permissions between the mother company and its subsidiaries based on “a need-to-know basis” and (ii) allows the treasurer to manage the “social internal life” of its company
