approach to compel students to attend school every second of every period, everyday.

• “All In” is centered on the understanding

that increasing student attendance is crucial to improving academic achievement.

How Can Parents Support Good Attendance?

• Establish a routine for bed time and for the morning for your child
• Check on your child’s attendance regularly (ParentVue)
• Encourage your child to go to school unless he/she is truly sick
• Call the school and provide notes when your child is absent
• Be aware of the school calendar and plan family trips during school holidays

and/or winter and summer breaks

• Schedule your child’s medical and dental appointments after school or during

school breaks
