  2. Forward Looking Statement Certain statements included in this presentation are forward-looking statements within the meaning of Canadian securities laws, including statements regarding the Little Nahanni Pegmatite Group (LNPG) Property, the Tule Lithium Brine Project, the Gerlach Nevada Lithium Brine Project, the 50% joint venture with Mag One Products Inc: statements pertaining to the ability of Equitorial Exploration Corp. (“EXX”); the potential to develop resources and then further develop reserves; the anticipated economic potential of the property; the availability of capital and finance for EXX to execute its strategy going forward. Forward-looking statements are based on estimates and assumptions made by EXX in light of its experience and perception of current and expected future developments, as well as other factors that EXX believes are appropriate in the circumstances. Many factors could cause EXX’s results, performance or achievements to differ materially from those expressed or implied by the forward looking statements, including: discrepancies between actual and estimated results from exploration and development and operating risks, dependence on early exploration stage concessions; uninsurable risks; competition; regulatory restrictions, including environmental regulatory restrictions and liability; currency fluctuations; defective title to mineral claims or property and dependence on key employees. Persons reviewing this presentation are cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements due to inherent uncertainty therein. EXX disclaims any intention or obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except as required by law. 4. LNPG Property - Location Claim Block Renowned Mining District 5,393 ha (53.93 km 2 ) ● ● 5 km from access road to Howard’s Pass Project, ● 9 Claims large zinc-lead Selwyn Chihong Mining deposit ● 30 km NW of Cantung Tungsten mine 3

  5. LNPG Property - Geological Setting Geology ● Lithium-caesium-tantalum (“LCT”) pegmatite dyke swarms ● Similar to Greenbushes (Australia) world’s largest active lithium mine: Average grade: 2.8% Li2O Dimensions ● Combined strike length: 13km ● Dyke swarms: up to 500 m in width ● Dyke swarm contain: multiple dykes from 0.2 -10 m wid e 4

  6. LNPG Property - Assay Results 2016 Assay Highlights ● 3.1% Li2O across 0.95m ● 2.33% Li2O across 1.2m ● 2.04% Li2O across 4.0m ● 1.63% Li2O across 5.15m Historic Assay Highlights ● 2007 channel samples ○ Up to 1.59% across 10m ● 2007 drill results ○ 1.2% over 11m ○ 0.92% over 18m ● Best historic rock samples ○ 1.74% Li2O - 3.77% Li2O 5

  7. LNPG Project 43-101 (3/20/2017) - Interpretation and Conclusions 1. LNPG Project contains a system of Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum-type (LCT) pegmatite dykes with a strike length of 13 km. 2. “Sufficient grades to bring the rock to within economic values.” 3. Dyke continuity over a vertical range of 300+ meters demonstrated by natural exposure and past drilling. 4. Each “swarm” of dykes is up to 300 m thick. 5. Reliable channel sampling performed in 2016. 6. Careful measurement of dyke width and host rock intervals have enabled bulk samples to be calculated. 7. “Results such as 10.35 m at 1.13% Li 2 O, 71.1 g/t Ta 2 O 5 and SnO 2 are highly encouraging.” 6

  8. Tule Valley Lithium Brine Project - Property Description Claims ● 26 placer claims of 26 acres each ● 4,800 acres in total Location ● 190 km south of Salt Lake City, Utah ● Straddles Juab and Millard counties Lithium Bearing District ● 20km north: Honey Comb beryllium-rubidium-lithium-REE project ○ NI 43-101 (Redhill Resources, 9/30/2011): 1,500-1,700 ppm Li ● 30km northeast: Spor Mountain beryllium mine ● 60km southeast: Crystal Peak’s potash-lithium-magnesium brine project ○ NI 43-101 (Crystal Peaks, 11/18/2013): Lithium in solution (brine) values = 50mg - 200mg/liter 7

  9. Tule Valley Lithium Brine Project - Closed Basin What is a Closed Basin? ● Surface and groundwater flow into the basin and only escape by evaporation at surface ● Evaporation leaves behind minerals dissolved in resulting brines and evaporation pools Similar to Clayton Valley ● USGS calls the Clayton Valley, “the best known deposit in the world” for Lithium due to: ○ Closed tectonically active basin ○ Arid climate ○ Elevated heat flow, due to hot springs or young volcanoes ● Tule Valley has the same attributes Down Faulted ● Normal faults on both sides of valley ● Generates fluid mobilization from hard-rock Lithium sources 8

  10. Tule Valley Lithium Brine Project - Preliminary Assays Sampling ● August, 2016 ● 4 water samples ● 13 soil samples (most collected at claim post sites located on exposed playa) Results ● Samples of actively evaporating briny surface muds are all anomalous in Lithium (over 0.01% Li) ● Samples as high as 200 ppm Li ● Each anomalous sample is: ○ Very wet ○ Saturated with salty brine ○ Contains salt and/or gypsum crystals Relationship to Water Table ● Sample locations are where: ○ Playa surface dips below current groundwater table (less than 1,339m) ○ Near-surface brines reach the surface ○ Form shallow pools ○ Brine evaporates Bottom Line ● The surface brines and saturated muds being anomalous in lithium is deemed encouraging for the deposition of near-surface lithium mineralization Exploration - Next Steps ● Geophysical surveying, particularly induced polarization to detect conductive layers beneath the playa 9

  11. Gerlach Lithium Brine Project Property ● 89 claims, 720 hectares (1,780 acres) ● San Emidio desert, 5 miles from Gerlach, Wahoe County, Nevada Gerlach ● 120 km north of Tesla Gigafactory #1 Why Gerlach? ● Nearby geothermal clusters with hot springs ● Large closed basin ● Gravity low / basin low with Pleistocene lake bottom ● Potential lithium source rocks ● Within ashfall deposition ● Ideal desert evaporation climate ● All weather access on paved roads ● Mine-friendly Nevada 2009 Sampling Program ● Detailed geological mapping and prospecting ● 146 samples collected (including blanks) ● Significant values of beryllium ● Anomalous values of lithium and uranium TESLA Exploration - Next Steps Gigafactory ● Geophysics and drilling to evaluate potential for a mass brine deposit Reno 10

  12. 50/50 Joint Venture with Mag One Products Inc Mag One Products Inc. ● Project in Danville, Que. ● Proprietary magnesium metal technology ● Mag One has access to 50,000,000 tonnes of already mined serpentinite tailings First Right ● 50/50 joint venture to finance equally the construction of Mag One’s first magnesium and refining production facility to produce magnesium metal and related products 11
