Health Declaration Card

➢ MTC requires the "Novel Coronavirus Health Declaration Card" to be filled in when students register to confirm the trainees' travel history and contact history to ensure that each trainee has a safe environment for participating in the training.

Automatic Temperature Measurement

Step1. Trainees log in to the access control system at the entrance gate to fill in their personal information and get their own QRCode. Step2. After reading the QRCode, you can do the forehead temperature measurement. Step3. Get the temperature measurement sticker and put it

Track and Trace: QR Codes

  • 1. After the trainees enter the classroom to select a seat, they would scan the QRCode and log in to their personal information. During

the training, participants are asked to be seated on the same location for each lesson with location information from the classroom recorded in the cloud based information system.

  • 2. In case of infection, the QR code system will effectively identify the trainees in nearby seats and notify them for further prevention

measures, such as self-health monitoring/self-quarantine at home.
