Stryker Wholesale Supply (FY19-FY24)
- Five Year Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Contract with
General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS).
- Purchase, warehousing, repair, issue, shipment, disposal, obsolescence management, and
configuration management of sustainment parts for Stryker retrofit, repair and reset.
- Manages ~20,000 Stryker unique parts ranging from full power-packs to nuts and bolts.
- Contract structure incentivizes GDLS to underrun costs through finding lower cost parts as
well as reducing lead time.
- Sub-contract opportunities with GDLS, Sterling Heights, MI.
Double V-Hull (DVH) A1 Production Exchange (FY20-FY26)
- Six Year Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF) Contract with GDLS.
- Anticipating production of 1/2 brigade of vehicles per year.
- Replaces Stryker Flat Bottom Hull chassis with new DVH chassis and incorporates upgrades
- nto the DVH chassis.
- Upgrades include: engine changes increasing power pack management and horsepower; a
newly designed driveline; an electrical power generator management system; and an in- vehicle network infrastructure to accept future Army network systems.
- Opportunity to partner with GDLS to provide vehicle components to support vehicle
production at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD).
