CEF project - TEN-T Core road network • Proposal convened and supported by EATA (European Alliance for Automotive and Telecoms) • 5 Member states: BE - DE - F – NL - SP • DG-CNECT high level agenda – Öttinger initiative Deployment and evaluation ITS G5, LTE-V2X • connectivity (including hybrid communication) and Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) • Demonstration of Highway chauffeur and Truck platooning • Assess ITS-G5 - LTE/LTE-V performances: – range, coverage, robustness, integrity, resilience cyber- attacks, latencies, loss of data, spectral efficiency Demonstrate: • ITS-G5 and LTE/LTE-V co-existence and handover – MEC usage with ITS-G5 road side unit connectivity – GNSS positioning & correction performances • • Business perspectives 4

AUTOPILOT - Pilot site Versailles (F) • Three use cases deployed : – Car sharing for touristic applications with 3 stations equipped with charging points – Urban driving : connected and automated driving in the city centre and the Castle's gardens with point of interest notifications (audio/video) and VRU detection – Platooning for automatic fleet rebalancing This project has received funding from the European Union’s H2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 731993
