The ESTone.tex mortar thanks to its components acts as follows: * Creates pores of stable volume, the appearance of which does not depend only on the size of the grain, but the special components allow its subsequent restructuring with the tools. * The volume of pores in the mass of this mortar, with its special porogens, is sized in such a way that it allows the surface to be easily worked during the first 6 -8 hours after its application. * This mortar is also distinguished by its extraordinary thixotropy, adhesion, stability and zero retraction; In addition to allowing layers up to 20 cm in total. After initial drying, the components of the ESTone.tex mortar form a gel by chemical reaction with the components of the dry mortar. Due to the formation of this gel, water is retained and the dough remains moldable for a long time. Once the advanced chemical reactions have been carried out, the final hardness increases and the propensity for cracking is reduced. The main products of the ESTone.tex System are grouped into the following families: * ESTone.tex mortars, with its wide range of formulations, particle sizes and colors. * Multifunctional additives to provide ESTone.tex mortar, differentiated and incomparable qualities with other mortars. * Powder patinas that offer unique textur es and finishes. * Oxides pigments and monochromatic or polychromatic finishes, specially designed for this type of work, with very natural effects and very high stability. * Special protectors created to provide the base with the most adequate protection possible against the different physical-chemical aggressions to which it will be subjected (friction, underwater immersion, moving water, frost, rain, sun, etc.)

* ESTone.tex Expandex. Special cement and / or lime hydraulic mortar for pr ofessional theming. Its versatility, composition, and technical qualities, allow to create and reproduce surfaces of great realism without limit. Its great thixotropy makes it applicable with large thicknesses indoors and outdoors. Applicable by hand or projection, available in sandstone, gray and white, and pigmentable with our silicate glaze and oxide pigment systems. Data sheet here. * ESTone.tex Restore Cal Plus. Powder patina

* EST-Decor. EST-Decor is born through the R + D + I department, powder patina that offers unique finishes and textures. This can be applied both indoors and outdoors, thanks to its components: inorganic pigments, hydraulic lime, acrylic powder binders, perlite and dispersants. It must be applied with fresh mortar, or it can b e applied dry but it must be kneaded with EST-26; to provide you with a correct grip. Available in 8 colors, although they can be mixed without any problem, to obtain the desired polychromy. Data sheet

Pigments

* Mixol. Universal liquid concentrated pigment is usable in most paints, patina, coatings, putties and mortars in the market. It is easy to homogenize and its concentration is very powerful. It comes in a range of 33 colors, with special mention to the LW colors, especially to the oxidized LWs, which have an extraordinary resistance U.V. * Pigmented EST-26. This product is obtained using EST-26 as a colorless base, with the peculiarity that to obtain the desired color is requested according to its own letter Mixol pigments to obtain the desired color, but it is already prepared. It is usually use d for the chromatic finishing of large surfaces, obtaining as a result and generally similar tones and shades. This simplifies the handling of the applicators because many times it is not easy to make the same mixtures of pigments to achieve regularity wit h the same type of tones and shades. * EST-Monochrome. It is widely used for soil treatments, but especially for large vertical surfaces, where a uniform color finish is required without obtaining any type of surface film, as a result of the application. * EST-7 Nano Tane. Hybrid concentrated water-based protector (Low Voc), especially for absorbent mineral bases, mainly on floors and cementitious pavements, as a protective alternative to traditional

• systems. It provides penetrating protection with repellency against

fouling and liquids thanks to its hydrophobic and oil repellent agents, at the same time slightly superficial protection that in creases the natural resistance to wear thanks to a thin layer effect of polyurethane (modified polyurethane molecule); which hardly affects the perspiration of the support (approx. SD 0.08). Formulated on the basis of a balanced and complex aqueous nanoemulsion of silanes and polysiloxanes, with modified polyurethane. Especially recommended in mineral pavements, especially cementitious ones. IMPORTANT NOTE: Normally to apply a coating on a cementitious material, it says that it should wait 28 days before applying any type
