Programme � New railways are authorised by a Transport & Works Act order (“TWA”) � We plan to submit an application in autumn 2009 � This will include a full Environmental Impact Assessment � Final decision by the Secretary of State for Transport � If TWA decision favourable and timely, we hope to have trains running in 2013
