  7. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT UCSI INVITATION CARD Please remind your guests to bring along their invitation cards to the convocation. Guests without an invitation card will be denied admission into the ceremonial hall and refreshment area. As the proceedings are formal in nature, children under the age of twelve (12) are not allowed to enter the ceremonial hall. 18 - 19 AUGUST 2018 | UCSI UNIVERSITY

  8. ARRIVING AT UCSI PARKING Due to the limited parking lots available in the campus, graduands and guests are strongly recommended to park at public parking lots at the commercial business area in the vicinity of UCSI University. Between the morning and afternoon sessions, traffjc congestion is highly expected and unavoidable. Graduands and guests of the afternoon session are strongly advised to park at the Giant Hypermarket Carpark and walk to the event venue to avoid traffjc congestion. 18 - 19 AUGUST 2018 | UCSI UNIVERSITY

BEFORE ENTERING THE CEREMONIAL HALL Please queue up at the corridor at: Morning Session: 7.45am | Afternoon Session: 1.45pm While in a queue, DO NOT: Stand out of queue • Take photos • Talk loudly • Walk out of the queue Parents are not allowed to ‘kidnap’ or join the students in the queue. GROUP PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE CONDUCTED AT LEVEL 3 Morning session : 8am sharp Afternoon session : 2pm sharp Please cooperate with the photographers and administrators to make this a smooth session.
