The Founder (DMB White Tank, LLC) has the authority to amend and update the Verrado Residential Design Guidelines and approved the updates. Staff recommendation is for the Board to acknowledge the updates to the Verrado Residential Design Guidelines, inclusive of the Victory Residential Design Guidelines.
