The Objectives

  • To identify the most effective engagement methodologies and thus

provide a service which meets the needs of stakeholders;

  • To invest in Government’s services by providing the necessary skills to

MEUSAC staff on how the capacity of stakeholders may be enhanced;

  • To enhance the capacity of stakeholders through training and increased

awareness on the processes, tools and opportunities to increase stakeholder participation in social dialogue.

The Project Results

  • A MEUSAC Action Plan 2020-2023
  • Increased awareness on the importance of stakeholder participation
  • 18 persons gaining a certification in communication tools, EU project

management and stakeholder engagement

  • 720 hours of training to 60 different stakeholder organisations
  • 60 participants from different stakeholder organisations delivering ESF related

policies gaining a certification on stakeholder engagement.

  • Increase stakeholder participation in social dialogue
  • Increase in 10% in the average number of participants in consultations sessions
