C RIMPING Once fitting is fully seated on the hose and ready to be crimped 1. Insert hose from the bottom of the die. 2. Allow the entire fitting to pass the inside ridge of the die. 3. Seat the bottom of the fitting on the die ridge and hold there until fully crimped (make sure the fitting remains fully seated on the hose as well) Zemarc Fluid Power | www.zemarc.com/training POWERFUL IDEAS START HERE
C RIMPING 1. Depending on the crimper model, you will actuate the ram of the crimper with the joystick or button. 2. With the fitting properly seated in the die, actuate the crimper and allow it to fully extend. 3.
