• February Student Core

 Report a single record for each PK-12 grade student  Reporting ‘Enrolled on Count Date’ field

• Count date = last Wednesday in January - January 29, 2020

 Reporting ‘One Prior Ten’ field for membership

• N = student WAS in attendance at least one of the ten days prior to the count date

 Reminder for PK students, if they are in a morning or afternoon PK program, ensure

you report them with the PKA or PKP grade level.

• February Graduate Follow-up

 Report follow-up on:

• Graduates from previous school year (2019)
• Dropouts in grades 9-12 with an IEP or with a CTE Concentrator status with an exit code D05

(dropout GED Program)

 For Perkins:

• Comprehensive High School CTE graduates
• Postsecondary CTE students earning a degree or certificate
• Adult CTE students earning a certificate

 Use prior year June Student Enrollment Attendance file to determine

students reported in this file, including early graduates.
