Parameters & Assumptions 1. Teams prepared for all three scenarios. We will continue to receive guidance throughout the summer that will cause our teams to adjust their plans. 2. Teams made recommendations to Cabinet. 3. Hybrid models align with the guidelines from TEA and allow us to count the day and receive ADA. 4. Maintain current staff and address the needs of employees in each scenario. 5. Each structure allows us to easily transition back to the "All Schools Open" model. 6. Maximize the number of students served at school and social interaction is valuable. 7. Utilize what we have learned since Spring Break to transform the way we serve students and personalize learning. 8.
