Provide a safe, positive and engaging environment to learn the game of soccer. We understand that we have kids with varying levels of ability and a variety of reasons for participation. We strive to meet as many players as we can at their level, and provide pathways for those players to reach their fullest potential in this beautiful game.

Each age group will have two tryout dates. At the conclusion of the 2nd tryout, the technical staff, head coach, and assistant coach will collaborate to determine the best placement for each player as we form our Ranger’s teams for the upcoming season. The WFC Ranger staff is committed to a continuous evaluation process for those returning Ranger players and your evaluation is not exclusively based on two tryouts. Our players will develop at different rates during the year and throughout their careers. The club will guest play some of its players in trainings and games and in some cases re-roster players during the year to ensure players are participating in the most beneficial environment.
