Can all the children’s belongings please be marked clearly with their name and their entire luggage with a label showing your child’s name and the school name. The children will need to be able to carry their own luggage from the coach to their accommodation. Pocket money There is an opportunity for the children to go and visit the shop to buy sweets or souvenirs. The maximum amount of pocket money that your child should bring with you is £5.00 (it is essential that this is in small change and not a £5 note).

 The designated First Aiders and will

administer all medicines to children.

 Give as much information (written down) as

possible regarding your child’s medication

 Children should keep their blue inhalers with

them

 ALL other medication (inc spare inhalers)

must be handed to one of the designated First Aiders on Monday morning

directly into South Hall with luggage

 Please put some carrier bags in the luggage

for ‘wet clothes/ shoes’

Abernant at 12.30 approx

 Arrival back at school at approx 4.00pm.
