Summer  7:00 pm – 9pm  1 st hour work on technical and  CVSL – M&W until July 4th tactical skills  2 nd hour play a match  After July 4 th open play unless summer friendly  Open Monday, Wednesday and  Fitness Center Friday 8am -10am The Coaching Staff will encourage players to work on the 4 components of soccer in the off-season. No one component is more important then another, the greater the balance the more complete the player. Players embrace your strengths but put the most effort in improving your weaknesses. Mental, Physical, Technical, and Tactical.

  3. Physicals  When  Tuesday June 4, 5-9pm  Where  High School  Cost  $20 – check payable to CVHS  What  Bring yourself and download the PIAA form off our website (juniors get your 11 th grade physical done) Wear shorts and t-shirt.

  4. Summer Friendlies  Home/Away Practices  I plan to take as many players as want to show up. We will spend about 2  7pm start time hours playing so plenty of time to train against other  – Home vs. PV players. Please mark your calendar for these dates.
