Our Baby Film Club continues to flourish Averaging around 120 customer visits p.a. now with new members every month (via word of mouth from friends) and many travelling some distance to be here.   13. 1. Recruit more volunteers for start and end of film tasks Full training given ! We could do with help from a rota of occasional volunteers to:- a ) Set up the hall – chairs, blinds, displays (1 hour’s work twice a month but you might only do it a couple of times a year if we get a rota together) b ) Clear away incl take down blinds at the end of final screening – 10 mins max c) Help at Baby film club occasionally – making drinks and recording names / taking tickets.   14. 2. New meal deal venue added -The Grosvenor Hotel 10% off bill for up to 6 people for up to a month after film [NB Closing on 10 Feb for refurbishment - re-opening mid April]

  15. 3. Stockbridge Town Hall – new curtains and design improvements Aiming for STH to modify the stage area so we are able to raise the film slightly to help to improve vision for subtitled films in particular

Stockbridge Town of Culture - special events Stockbridge Community Cinema will be participating in Test Valley Borough of Culture 2020 with some events additional to our ‘normal’ programme Local interest film and Screening short films Local interest film and Q&A with Norman Parker made by our schools Q&A with Simon Cooper JULY JULY MAY

Environment Education Hoping to help reduce ‘eco anxiety among Award-winning director Damon Gameau embarks on journey to explore what the future would look like by the year 2040 if we young people with screening(s) of simply embraced the best solutions already available to us to documentary film 2040 improve our planet and shifted them into the mainstream.
