BFF Epidemiological Focus

  • Preference given to projects that focus on treating or

managing white-nose syndrome at the leading edge of the disease.

  • Note: this does not preclude work in other areas which

advance the BFF RFP goals and objectives.

  • Resource: Defeating White-Nose Syndrome: A Vision for

the Future (2015)

  • International applicants and projects – must have a clear

tie to and benefit US populations of bat species

Full list of 11 project metrics can be found within the BFF RFP. Select only metric(s) relevant to your project, that can be reasonably accomplished in the BFF project performance period  Must select at least 1 of the 11 metrics  Potential metrics related to:

  • Best Management Practices “BMP”

  • Disease control
