ToR Amendments to be voted-upon: Two

Change to Limit on Number of Directors

18.2 The maximum number of Directors shall be eight. The affairs of the Association shall be directed by the Board comprising: 18.2.1 Two Co -Chairmen one from predominantly an NHS background and one from a predominantly private sector background; 18.2.2 a Treasurer who will also be the Company Secretary; 18.2.3 a Membership Director; 18.2.4 a maximum of four additional Directors being representatives of Full Members. 18.2.4 the Managing Director where in post; 18.2.5 a maximum of six additional Directors being representatives of Full Members.
