  6. Property Eligibility* Investment Programme • Have between 1-249 employees • Trading solely on a business-to-business basis • Pay business rates to one of the local authorities in the programme area • Exclusively land and property • Business activity is eligible *Other criteria also apply

  7. Property Offer Investment Programme • Maximum grant of €200,000 ( approx £170,000) • Up to 40% grant contribution towards eligible capital costs • Building works, structural refurbishment/new build and fees (12%) • De minimis state aid rules apply

Property Criteria Investment Programme • EU ERDF procurement guidelines apply • Financial, due diligence and QS value for money appraisals • Appraisal and project timescales • Freehold / Leasehold • Job creation and commercial floor-space refurbishment/ new-build • Legal charge over property where grant exceeds £25,000 (5 years)
