experiences at an entire grade level at all schools represented in the Environmental Literacy Leadership Cadre, plus a minimum number of classes at cadre alumni schools

  • To register (get credentials) as a new user in EGMS, you

will need: – FEIN (Tax ID #) of your organization – DUNS number – SAM expiration date

  • Central Data section must be complete in order for an

application to be submitted

  • Start this process early so you can be in the system

when you’re ready to submit your application

– Basic Business License or Charitable Solicitations License (or documentation that an application is being processed with the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs) – Current W-9 form – Current Master Collection Form

  • “Adopt-a-grade” – elementary only
  • Provide an environmental education experience: air,

water, land, resource conservation, and/or health

  • Programs must be at all schools represented in the

2017-19 Environmental Literacy Leadership Cadre during the 2017-18 and 2018-19 school years

  • Additionally, provide programming to a minimum of 10

classes represented in the 2016-17 cadre alumni schools (to be determined by OSSE)
