 Outreach done through:  Advertisement in SJ Mercury News  Cities age-friendly task forces  Meals on Wheels  Community centers and events  Mobile home parks  Low income senior housing  LGBT Community  Survey dates: May 2016 – October 2016  37 focus groups were also conducted  Participation was from all 15 cities in Santa Clara County
