  3. KEY COMPETITION RULES Match Team Announcement Complete Team List delivered 48 hrs before the tournament: MDA missing. Deliver Team Sheet for the next match 24 hours before kick-off, in electronic form (Excel) to veronikam@millionsports.com Up to 26 players may appear on the team sheet but only 23 may play. Match Duration 80 Minutes: 2 x 40 Minute Halves Tied Matches: In case of a match tied after 80 minutes, 2 x 10 minutes of extra time will be played. If the teams are still tied: - The team to score the most tries in that match is the winner. If still tied - The team to score the most converted tries in that match is the winner If still tied - Penalty Shoot-out

Age Criteria (Manual page 11) Under 18 no front row Under 19 front row: paperwork needed Under 18 parental consent plus additional paperwork needed. Dressing Room - 60 Team Manager signs off Final Team Sheet Area • - 50 to - 40 Team clothing / equipment check by Match Officials Changing Rooms • Match Officials instruction - 40 Coin toss in tunnel. Winning captain must nominate his chosen option: Kick In tunnel off / Choice of End Teams warm up on pitch (for the 2 nd and 3 rd Match of the day in the Match - 30 Pitch Venues, warm-up time on the pitch may be limited or cancelled in the event that the first Match runs over time) - 10 Both Teams to return to changing room. Changing Rooms - 8 1 minute call to each Team Changing Rooms - 7 Teams leave the dressing rooms and line up in the tunnel as directed by In Tunnel Match Commissioner. Single file – Captain first - 6 Teams take to the field On pitch Teams line up for anthems - 5.30 Teams positioned for anthems On pitch - 5 Anthem Team A On pitch - 3.30 Anthem Team B On pitch Kick off 1 st half Half Time is 5 minutes whistle to whistle. MEDICAL Tournament Doctor Ambulance, Stretchers, Collars & All Necessary Facilities Accident Reports No Concussion Protocol Any player who loses consciousness or displays symptoms must be removed for the rest of the Game – ‘Recognise and Remove” Teams responsible for Primary care If there is concern by the Match Director or Match Doctor, Match Doc can request to examine the player and insist on removal if required.
