  4. TRAINING INING SCHEDUL EDULE o Every Wednesday & Friday o 3:30pm to 6:30pm o Venue: SAC @SHSS *Training days and frequency may vary during competition season and school holidays

TRAINING INING PR PROG OGRAMM RAMME o Physical Endurance • agility ladder, core exercises, medicine ball passes etc. o Mental Skills Training • learning workshops conducted by coaches and teachers to equip the players with the mental strength to manage competition stress and demands. o Study Sessions • structured study sessions are organised for all players when CCA stands down takes effect in the lead up to examinations.

TRAINING INING PR PROG OGRAMM RAMME o Annual Bonding and Appreciation Camp • Objective: to foster stronger communication, trust and togetherness with team mates, teachers and coaches o Sports Exposure Programme • Students are exposed to other team sports such as dragon boating, rock climbing and archery tag outside of competition season to build resilience and stronger team spirit
