BUILDING IS A RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE HOUSING PRESERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO BE REUSED AS LOW-INCOME SENIOR HOUSING.

  • TO MAINTAIN THE MAJORITY OF THE EXISTING SOUTH ELEVATION AND TO ALLOW FOR FHA ACCESSIBILITY, A NEW EXTERIOR WHEELCHAIR

LIFT IS PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED AT THE EAST SIDE OF THE SOUTH ELEVATION.

  • THE EXISTING WINDOW AT THE NEW WHEELCHAIR LIFT WILL BE REMOVED AND THE EXISTING MASONRY OPENING WILL BE ENLARGED TO

ACCOMMODATE FOR A NEW EXTERIOR DOOR.
