The Strategic Sourcing Process Flow has two starting points:

  • 1. Create Shopping Cart: A requisitioner submits the shopping cart and the buyer

creates the RFx with reference to the shopping cart. OR

  • 2. A buyer creates the RFx directly without reference to a shopping cart.
