Introducing the Liberian Maternal Child Health Scholars • An education and training scholarship fund for women in resource poor countries to advance their careers in healthcare • Women work tirelessly, but value is not always acknowledged nor are the opportunities for advancement • Seven Liberian women--Yassah, Precious, Angel, Patricia, Yadiody, Patience and Annie — will receive scholarships to pursue or continue their studies in nursing
