  8. 8 8 DEVOS PLACE POTENTIAL EXPANSION SITES • Current Center somewhat undersized relative to competitive set. 3.6 Acres • Occupancy percentages suggest a mid- term vs. short-term expansion scenario. • A 50% expansion would provide for 115,000 square feet of added sellable space and a footprint of 2.5 to 4.0 acres. • Careful consideration of expansion connections will be required, with site 3.0 planning beginning in near term. Acres • Added hotel inventory will help attract events to the existing Center, and will be required to support added Center space. Consider a near-term RFQ process for a hotel.
