COMAPANY GROWTH Lead Tech's activities, which began in 1994, have seen a steady and constant growth in both turnover and personnel over the years. Products and services developed for the main national Customers, are mostly provided to Foreign Final Users. In order to expand the reference market, for some years now, we have intensified the foreign marketing activity, which has boosted the acquisition of Customers abroad. Design and Realization of Technical Documentation

• Technical Publications -

The Technical Publications are developed with the aim of providing clear and complete information to the end-user and can be realized both in the paper and interactive and multimedia format (pdf, html and xml). Technical Publications can be designed and developed in accordance with the national and international Standards (ATA, MIL, AER, AECMA etc.) or according to Customer’s specific requirements. Lead Tech also carries out studies aimed at defining maintenance, reliability, maintainability and testability to identify tools and equipment, as well as at planning the maintenance activities and defining the required spare parts.

The LMS-RFID System enables the tagging and tracking of aircraft components and systems using UHF passive RFID tags according to the ATA Spec 2000 Ch. 9 standard and according to the standards of the main Manufacturers. The LAM - Lead Company Management System supports corporate administrative and operational management with particular attention to the management of orders, business documentation and human resources within a Quality Management System that meets the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN 9100:2009 standards. The LMS - Lead Management System - allows the production, management and editing of S1000D Technical Publications. The "Viewer" application, for the WEB visualization of Technical Publications and the "Maintenance / Palm" application, for the management of Maintenance, are connected to the LMS System. Lead Tech designs and realizes customized, simple and intuitive Management Systems to optimize activities and business processes by developing applications based on Customer's real needs.

Electronic Design was originally included in Lead Tech's activities

with the aim of developing Data Acquisition Systems to connect to the LMS-Maintenance System for Predictive Maintenance Management. Subsequently its target has been extended to prototype design and implementation of Electronic Systems Command and Control in the Aeronautics, Automotive and Industrial fields. In Automotive, two HMI’s (Human Machine Interfaces) have been created, which include an innovative Infotainment System with its own Dashboard.

In recent years the Company activities have been extended to the Space Systems field thanks to the participation of Lead Tech in important Space projects such as MISTRAL, TABASCO and MIFE.

Mechanical Design applied to Space Systems

• Space Systems -

New projects include the development of a proprietary technology for 3D metamaterials with potential applications both in space and industry. Currently Lead Tech is at the forefront in designing and manufacturing a capsule with a variable-geometry heat shield, capable of entering the atmosphere and landing without parachute and without braking rockets, thanks to the lowest ratio between mass and front surface ever realized by a space capsule.
