Biographical Information

Jeffrey A. Roe, Energy Manager & Environmental Health and Safety Manager Columbus City Schools, 889 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211 614-365-5188 jroejr@columbus.k12.oh.us Jeff started his career in energy efficiency in 2007 as a performance engineer in the coal fired power plant industry. He then spent 3 years with the AEP Ohio Business Incentives program as an energy efficiency engineer. Jeff then moved to the big leagues as a senior energy engineer at The Ohio State University where found success improving building

  • efficiency. After 5 years at Ohio State, he moved to Columbus City Schools where he has

been managing a large team for the last two years. Jeff is responsible for managing energy procurement, HVAC, paint, and pest issues for the district. Jeff is a two-time graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in industrial engineering and a M.A. in public policy. She has earned degrees from both Youngstown State University (Civil Engineering) and Capital University (Master’s in Business Administration). With 15 years of field experience, Jeanna has provided a wide array of construction management, planning and inspections services in both private and public sectors. Project types include education, commercial buildings water/waste water treatment facilities, roadway improvements, and green infrastructure. Jeanna has a passion for construction and became an entrepreneur to fill a seen gap in the construction management industry. She is inspired by her mother to do work that makes a difference for her clients and the communities she works in.
