  3. • SG want an outcome based approach… Not an indicators based approach • But outcomes are rarely directly measureable • Indicators give an indication of whether the outcome is being achieved

  4. Improving Local Indicators Project Led by SOLACE to: Review and develop local outcome indicators Address issues around the availability of useful and robust data at a local level Consider wider related issues regarding the assessment of outcomes
