Pathway entry is enhanced when these elements are implemented:  Engagement of adult education,  Contextualized basic skills postsecondary education, curriculum and instruction that postsecondary career and technical increases students’ preparation for education, workforce training, and further postsecondary education employers  Case management and navigational  Strategic outreach, recruitment, services , including academic and and intake of diverse adult learners, career advising, that helps retain due to in-depth knowledge of adults in education and training these student populations’  Job readiness and employment education and employment needs assistance services that help adults enter employment
