Using This Tool � Add these fields as you would add any other field within a workflow request � Same functionality for modifying labels, visibility, editing and mandatory as standard Comment field
Issues Solved � Allows multiple resources or departments to be able to store their comments separately in a field different from others � Reporting can be done with these fields to determine what was commented on by each resource or department
