Applications Sateltrack WORK is an advanced Fleet Management software using GPS technology, built to serve demanding clients and big fleet. Itinerary and PTO activations checking All vehicle’s itinerary and activities are geo- referenced on satellite maps, allowing real-time verifications. It is possible to check exactly all the itineraries and engine on/off points, any sensor activations, equipments activation/ deactivation. WORK 3
Geotag On Sateltrack it is possible to Geotag on digital maps unlimited number of plants, construction sites, offices. Vehicles’ activity are geo-tagged using as reference the known locations, so to have information that can be used for management purposes. WORK 4
Real-time checking Report and Maps are updated in real time , so to allow the most detailed information Efficiency guarantee of vehicle and equipment by acquiring operative parameters and data in order to get the highest benefit. Alarms and Notifications Using both on-line and e-mail reporting, it is possible to receive alerts in real-time about unexpected behaviour that can affect vehicles’ functionality. Particularly Sateltrack WORK reports: Alert when vehicle exits from the expected operating area (country, region, municipality, street) Alert when vehicle is moving out of scheduled date/time If necessary Sateltrack WORK allows to block vehicles’ engine or equipment in order to avoid un-authorized usage or allow vehicle rescue by yourself or by our Security Control Room WORK 7
Vehicles Scheduling checks A Gantt Chart allows to manage vehicles’ presence in the expected location at specific time. Fleet Managers can have full access and control on each vehicle so to verify eventual cases of unexpected behaviour. WORK 8
E-mail reporting Sateltrack WORK offers a suite of reports that can be sent by e-mail, every day or every week, without Login on the Web. Specialized and ad-hoc reports for specific analysis can be created based on personalised requests. WORK 9
Maintenance and Scheduling Regular maintenance events can be scheduled based on real vehicles and equipment usage. Administrative deadlines can be scheduled with deep details … WORK 10
User settings Any user, within his permissions, can set his own pages. A user can see only the vehicle’s and information that have been assigned to his account. WORK 11
Security center 24x7x365 Optionally it is possible to activate a Security Control Room: Security operation centre 24x7x365 , based on your needing, can monitor if vehicles reach planned locations. Can be alerted from customer in case of theft Retrieval , Control Room will follow continuously vehicle positions, will remotely block engine and will contact the Police Organization of the local country Weekly check of hardware and failures anomalies. The control Room connects with the on-board unit on the vehicle and verifies the working conditions and eventual tampering activities WORK 12
