request an account or credentials directly from the AMC. If you don’t know which AMC you are assigned to or you wish to request a different AMC, please contact your AE. Sponsorship must be requested and approved prior to being able to submit a loan. DU/LP: Need to request via Fannie and Freddie website and Approval Desk will approve 1 business day. VA: Fill out a sponsorship form and send check to NDM You should’ve received an email with login

This guide is located on Resource page under Loan Manager Training section. It's full of helpful information that will help you through our process whether you are newly approved or an experience customer.
Submissions Types:
1. Lender Disclosed – Disclosure Only Submission: 1003 signed/dated by Loan Officer Credit Report Borrower Credit Authorization & Certification Broker Fee Sheet OR SSPL (Settlement Service Provider List) and Itemized Fee Worksheet 2. Lender Disclosed Full Submission – All documents and NDM to disclose 3. Broke ker Disclosed Submission – All documents and Broker disclosed

LOAN MANAGER
As new loans are created, they will be listed in your pipeline. Depending on your assigned role and permissions, you may be able to view all the loans that your team has entered or just your own. To keep pipeline up-to-date, you are able to archive a loan due to it being a duplicate, cancelled, denied or inactive. However you are still able to view those loans if you click on “Archived” underneath Loan Status.
Viewing & Managing Pipeline
STARTING A LOAN
- 1. On Home page, click “Add New Loan”
- 2. In pop up window, select loan officer and loan
- processor. Click “Next”.
- 3. Select if Loan Estimate is issued by the “Broker”
(you) or “Lender” (us).
- 4. Click to browse for 3.2 File and Click “Next”.
Grab your 3.2 file!
- 5. 1003 will display. Click through to confirm and enter any missing data.
Co-Borrower info will also need to be confirmed by toggling in the borrower area.
- 6. Review loan information and verify everything is correct
- 7. When ready to save loan, click “Register”.
Once loan is registered, a Loan Number will be generated.

Go Borro rowe wer Information screen and look at Borrower’s Present Address. If there are 2 addresses, make sure to delete one of the addresses and hit “Save”

- 2. Liabilities not being marked as being paid off:
Go Asset & & Liabilities screen and go down to the General L Liabilities section. Hit Edit for each liability that is going to be paid off and hit “Edit” . Validate that it is marked “Paid by Close” and the Payoff A Amount is entered. Hit “Save”
