After evaluating each firm’s qualifications, client structure and philosophy, the scope of services and resources offered, and the total cost of services offered, the proposals from three companies were selected to be presented to the District insurance committee to get their feedback. Based on committee presentations and additional extensive review of materials, reports, web-pages and on-line services, GCG was determined to offer the highest value relative to the cost of services. The presentation of the summary of the scope of services offered by GCG is attached. NEXT STEP: For the Committee of the Whole to review the results of the RFP for insurance broker services and move the administration’s recommendation forward to approve the service agreement with GCG at the Special Board Meeting later this evening on May 19, 2020.
