Stand-alone registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization Sole purpose: Raise funds to support educating students Governed by its own Board of Directors consisting of:
- 14 volunteer board members
- 4 District Representatives
- Board of Education
- Superintendent
- Principal
- PTO President
Two employees:
- Executive Director, full-time
- Admin. Assistant, part-time
- Over 400 volunteers
